Payment
Payment is commission based.
Our fees are based on the amounts recovered and are reduced progressively according to the amount recovered.
Legal fees and lawyer costs are the responsibility of the creditor. With our efficient network of lawyers and bailiffs, our costs are limited and, in any case, article 700 of the New Civil Procedure Code can be applied in recovering these costs from the debtor.
For debtors who have moved without leaving a forwarding address or for solvability searches (employers, banks, etc.), only positive results are invoiced.
